Virtua Hospital conducted its latest EMT Training Class and the hands on part of the training took place today April 9th, 2017 at the quarters of Tabernacle Rescue Squad in Burlington County. Chief George Jackson and his company host this class and our thanks to Chief Jackson and his staff for their support and use of theri building.
Rehab 13 provides meal and liquid support, sets up an R an R sector for the students and instructors and civilian volunteers and other EMT’s that support this day of hands on training including helicopter orientation, MCI active shooter scenario, vehicle extrication, and a rehab orientation classroom session as well as display of equipment.
It is very informative and well structured and this class was attended by a host of EMT recruits from (3) counties as well as (2) new Cherry Hill Fire Department new hires.
It is an enjoyable day and look forward to participation at the next class.
